U Historijskom muzeju BiH u Sarajevu večeras je otvorena izložba "K. und K. Pošta u Bosni i Hercegovini 1878.-1918." koja je priređena povodom 130 godina od otvaranja prve austrijske pošte u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Prva poštanska ustanova koja je nosila naziv Feldpost Expositur No. 18. otvorena je u Mostaru 6. augusta 1878. godine.
Autor izložbe i vlasnik zbirke koja ilustruje poštansku povijest BiH je Berislav Sekelj iz Zagreba, poznati filatelist i kolekcionar poštanske povijesti BiH, koji je i autor knjige "Poštanska povijest Bosne i Hercegovine 1878.-1918.", objavljene 2005. u Zagrebu.
Radi se o kolekciji poštanske povijesti BiH za vrijeme austrougarske okupacije u kojoj su originalni poštanski dokumenti iz tog perioda.
"Ovdje su izloženi poštanski dokumenti kroz 40 godina austrijske okupacije i prikazuju razvoj poštanskog saobraćaja u tom periodu", kazao je autor izložbe Berislav Sekelj zahvalivši svima koji su pomogli održavanje izložbe, a posebno Ambasadi Republike Austrije u BiH, Gradskoj upravi Grada Sarajeva i Historijskom muzeju BiH.
Izložbu je otvorila Monika Pichler, otpravnica poslova Austrijske ambasade u BiH.
- Predmet ove izložbe je početak moderne pošte u BiH, a to je nešto što povezuje naše zemlje Austriju i BiH, i pokazuje kako su se blisko razvijale naše dvije zemlje, kazala je otpravnica poslova Austrijske ambasade.
"Ovu izložbu koja govori o bogatoj bh. poštanskoj historiji, staroj 130 godina, doživljavamo kao prelijepu priču o našem gradu i zemlji. Izloženim eksponatima grad Sarajevo kao i država BiH potvrđuju svoju vezu sa prošlošću i zalog za budućnost, a time i našu opstojnost", kazao je zamjenik gradonačelnice Sarajeva Josip Jurišić obraćajući se prisutnima.
Ova vrijedna izložbena dokumentacija koja predstavlja najznačajniji događaj u historiji filatelije u gradu Sarajevu i BiH, značajan je doprinos raznovrsnoj i bogatoj kulturnoj i turističkoj ponudi našeg grada. Pored edukativnog značaja, ujedno promovira bogato kulturno-historijsko naslijeđe i baštinu grada Sarajeva i BiH, te daje jednu novu posebnost kulturnoj saradnji BiH, Hrvatske i Austrije, kazao je Jurišić.
Na izložbi je prikazana poštanska povijest Bosne i Hercegovine prezentacijom raznih poštanskih dokumenata, po kojima se može pratiti razvoj tadašnje Vojne pošte (K. und K. Militarpost) u BiH.
Izloženi su razni tipovi bosanskohercegovačkih žigova, ručna poništenja na markama, posebne perforacije, poštanske i druge naljepnice, poštanske cjeline BiH, bosanskohercegovački biljezi, vojna pošta u Prvom svjetskom ratu u BiH (Feldpost) itd.
Žigovi vojnih pošta i poštarnica, te poštanska stajališta i željezničke stanice na kojima se odvijao organizovani poštanski promet, sistematizovani su u šest poštanskih područja: Banja Luka, Bihać, Mostar, Sarajevo, Travnik i Tuzla. Za sva poštanska područja izrađene su karte koje prikazuju mrežu poštanskih puteva i željezničkih pruga, kao i geografski položaj svih značajnijih mjesta određenog poštanskog područja.
Na izložbi je izložen i veći broj starih razglednica značajnijih mjesta i događaja u BiH iz tog vremena.
Izložba "K. und K. Pošta u Bosni i Hercegovini 1878.-1918." će biti otvorena do 14. septembra.
